The Butter Baste

  • 1 tbs The Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Melt ingredients together. Lightly coat your vegetables prior to placing on the grill. Be careful of flare up as you place on the grill and remember butter will burn if the grill is too hot. Baste and turn frequently until caramelized.
