Sauce Glazed Salmon #2

  • 2lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup The Sauce
  • oil for grill

Pour THE SAUCE over the meat side of the salmon and rub in gently with your fingers. Place fillet on HOT oiled grill. Cover and cook until THE SAUCE has caramelized on the salmon. Enjoy with a nice white wine.
