Sauce Glazed Salmon

  • 1 salmon filet
  • 1/4 cup The Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine marinade ingredients until sugar or honey is fully incorporated. Place salmon in a dish just big enough to hold it & pour on the marinade. Start the BBQ. When the coals are HOT, spread them to the far sides, place salmon on grill, skin side down, & baste with marinade. Cover BBQ. Salmon is done when fish is flaky & the surface is glazed over.
