Sartain’s Oysters

  • 24 fresh oysters
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 7 oz. The Sauce

Fire up the BBQ! Combine butter & garlic in a small pan & heat until butter just comes to a boil. When the coals are VERY HOT, place oysters on the grill until they crack open. Remove and discard the top flat side. Replace on grill & add 1 teaspoon of the garlic butter & 1/2 teaspoon of THE SAUCE. Grill until mixture has caramelized a little. Serve hot with toasted French bread.
