Red Wine Sauce

  • 1 tbs The Sauce
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 tbs italian herb blend

Simmer first five ingredients until reduced by half. Add herbs cook 5 minutes more.
