Mrs Shedder’s Labor Day Brisket

  • 5Lb Beef Brisket
  • 14 oz The Marinade

Place brisket in a resealable bag. Add The Marinade and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Remove brisket from Marinade, reserving marinade, wrap in heavy duty foil. Place in baking dish. Roast for 6 hours. Remove the foil , add reserved marinade and any juices from foil and return to oven. Roast for 1 more hour.
