Janet Hubbard’s twist on Dr Fuhrmans Kale Salad

  • 1 red bell pepper cut in big slivers
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1"x7" fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 3-4 leaves Tuscan kale, chopped in food processor
  • 2 T gorgonzola white balsamic dressing from Oliver's (a local market in Sonoma Co)
  • 1-2 T raspberry chipotle sauce from Costco
  • 1tsp Sartain's Menu The Sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Make salad from the first 4 ingredients. Combine the next 4 ingredients and pour over salad. Enjoy!Take a peek at the salad
