Lunch du jour… a couple of corn tortillas, leftover smoked chicken breast, shredded mozzarella cheese, splash of Sartain’s Menu Marinade, sweet onion, red leaf lettuce, peperoncini rings, few dabs of dijon mustard, and a side of grapes… with a Magic Hat Brewing Company Wacko… and personally I blame Marquis Walsh and Wm V. Justice for me posting pictures of my food stuffs… as I live vicariously through the excitement of the tales and pictures of their gastronomic experiences… To Your Health!
