The Ultimate Sandwich
Farmer Style Pork Ribs (The Darlin’ Rebecca’s)
- 4-5 lbs. ribs
- 1 chopped onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 cup red wine
- 4 tbs The Sauce
Place ribs in 6-8 quart pot & cover w/ cold water. Add onion & garlic, bring to boil, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Drain well. Mix honey, wine & THE SAUCE until well blended. Put ribs in a single layer in a large roasting pan. Cover well with marinade, turning to coat evenly. Marinate at room temp. for at least 2 hours (can be started day before). Cover ribs with foil & bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove foil, baste, & bake uncovered 30 minutes more. Serve with lots of napkins.
