Either skewered or sliced, vegetable with THE SAUCE on the grill is delicious. You must have a cool grill - allow the coals to burn down or grill off to a cooler side. Oil the cooking grid to prevent sticking. Marinade your vegetables about 30 minutes at room temperature (any longer and they might get mushy). Depending on the size you cut them, the vegetables can take 10 to 20 minutes to cook.
