Baked Onions
- 3 large onions
- 6 tsp THE SAUCE
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Cut the onions in half horizontally and trim bottoms so the halves sit level. Cut diagonally most of the way through each half, forming a flower pattern. Melt the butter add THE SAUCE and cinnamon. Spoon over the onions so the mixture stays on top of onion halves. Carefully place in oven. Cover with foil for creamy-soft or bake uncovered for a crisper finish. Bake at 350° until soft, about 30 - 45 minutes. Serve warm.
