OMG, this sauce is incredible! Great on meats, exceptional on oysters. Spicy but not a tounge numbing burn. Sweet, but not to sweet. All I can say is it is just right. It’s like a refreshing slap in the taste buds. Transforms the mundane into a masterpiece.

We mix The Sauce into some sour cream and use it as a dip for artichoke leave. Yum
