Corn on the Cob with “Sauced” Butter
- 4 husked ears of corn
- 6 tsp butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp The Sauce
- 1 tbs chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Melt butter, then add remaining ingredients. Baste corn, place on grill and turn often. Baste again before serving.
